Free Trial
Duration: The free trial period lasts for the length of time as posted at the time of sign-up.
Access: During the free trial, you will have access to all the features and functionalities of the TutorRev program at no cost.
Eligibility: The free trial is available to new users only. Existing or returning users may not be eligible.
Billing
Automatic Billing: On the final day of the free trial period, your account will be automatically billed for the chosen subscription plan unless you cancel before the end of the trial.
Billing Details
- You are required to provide valid payment information when signing up for the free trial.
- The subscription fee will be based on the plan you select and is non-refundable once charged.
Cancellation
How to Cancel: Cancel anytime before the end of the posted trial period by accessing your account settings and following the cancellation instructions.
No Charges for Cancellation: If you cancel within the trial period, you will not be charged.
Post-Cancellation Access: You will lose access to the TutorRev program immediately upon cancellation.
Refund Policy
No Refunds: Once charged at the end of the free trial, subscription fees are non-refundable.
Exceptions: Refunds may be considered case-by-case at the discretion of LanguaMetrics, Inc. in cases of technical issues or billing errors.
Account Management
- Account Information: You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and current.
- Security: You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
Modifications to the Service
Changes: LanguaMetrics, Inc. and TutorRev may modify or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice.
Notification: Significant changes will be communicated via email or within the platform.
Limitation of Liability
No Liability: LanguaMetrics, Inc. and TutorRev are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
Cap on Liability: Total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the service.

Updates
